Exchange Rules

1. You can log into the system and check out credits in an IGG Buzz account. If you have enough promotion credits, you can apply to exchange them for any gifts you want.

2. The administrator will verify your application and find out if you have enough promotion credits in your account. The gifts will only be sent to you after your credit information has been checked. You will be notified via emails.

3. The system will deduct corresponding credits from your account

We will send confirmation emails to you after bidding within 15 days. If you fail to reply to the confirmation email within 10 days, you will forfeit your rewards.

All equipment can be exchanged through promoter credits. If there is still equipment available the event will continue until all the equipment is gone.
